  • Fyffes Medium Gold Pineapple

  • Sandy Cove A Tropical Alcoholic Blend with Coconut & Caribbean Rum Flavours 70cl

  • Dunn's River Coconut Milk 400ml

  • Iceland Limes 3pk

  • Iceland Pineapple Juice From Concentrate 1 litre X2

  • Iceland Pure Ice Premium Ice Cubes 2Kg

Pina-Colada

Method

1. Chill your glasses: Pop them in the freezer while you prepare the drink for a frosty finish.

2. Cut and squeeze all 3 limes into a bowl or directly into your blender.

4. Add 450ml Sandy Cove blend

5. Pour in 300ml coconut milk

6. Add 300ml pineapple juice

8. Add in 3–4 cups of ice cubes

9. (Optional) Add sugar or honey if you prefer it sweeter

10. Blend until smooth and frothy: About 30–60 seconds, depending on your blender.

11. Taste and adjust: Add more lime for tang, more juice for fruitiness, or more coconut milk for creaminess.

12. Serve immediately: Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with a lime wedge or pineapple slice.
