Cooking Instructions

  • Iceland 325g 5% Lean Beef Mince

  • Olivio 500ml Oil

  • 3 Pack Onions

  • Schwartz 11g Mixed Herbs

  • Kerry 10pk Cheese Slice

  • The Daily Bakery 4pk White Deli Rolls

  • 2 Pack Little Gem Lettuce

  • 6 Pack Salad Tomatoes

Home-made-burger

METHOD

1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add the chopped onions, cook for around 5 minutes until soft and golden. Set aside to cool.

2. In a large bowl, combine the beef mince, mixed herbs, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir in the cooked onions and mix everything together well. Shape into 4 burger patties using your hands.

3. Preheat your barbecue or griddle pan. Cook the burgers for 5–6 minutes on each side until cooked through. Add a slice of cheese on top during the last minute of cooking to melt.

4. Lastly, lightly toast the buns in the oven and fill with your burger and additional toppings like lettuce, tomato and sauces.
