These terms and conditions govern your use of our website, our Bonus Card, our Bonus Card savings scheme, and your relationship with Iceland.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By using our website, using our Bonus Card or submitting an order, you are agreeing to the terms that appear below.

Definitions to Help You:

"You" and "Your" means anyone who uses the website or orders products from Iceland.

"Iceland” or "We" or "Us" or "Our" means Iceland Foods Limited.

"Website" means www.iceland.co.uk

These terms and conditions regulate the supply of products to you by us. Any other terms, conditions or representations (other than those made fraudulently or implied by statute) are excluded.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

1. About Us

We are Iceland Foods Limited of Second Avenue, Deeside Industrial Park, Deeside, CH5 2NW. We are a company registered in England and Wales, with a registration number of 01107406. We are also a VAT registered company with our VAT registration number being 849 7544 70.

2. Our Website

2.1 Personal use: You are personally welcome to use our website to browse our information, access your online account or Bonus Card information, or to place an online order.

2.2 Hacking: You must not hack into our website, attempt to post content which is in any way offensive or obscene, or use our website or your online shopping account to distribute any kind of computer virus.

2.3 Linking: You are not permitted to link to our website from any of your own sites or business pages, without our express prior approval.

2.4 Accuracy: We try to ensure that any details, descriptions and prices which appear on our website are accurate. Sometimes errors can occur. We will try to rectify pricing errors as soon as possible. We reserve the right to correct any error or omissions without any prior notice.

2.5 Third party links: We may include links on our website to other sites that are not controlled by us. We are not responsible for any content on such websites.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Content: All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the website shall remain at all times be vested in us or our third-party licensors. All rights are reserved.

3.2 Use: You may use the content on our website for your personal use in placing orders through our website or informing yourself in respect of our business. However, you must not otherwise copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit, use or create derivative works of any material data and content on our website without our prior written permission.

3.3 Trade marks: 'Iceland' and 'Iceland Foods' are trade marks. Use of these trade marks is not permitted without our express written permission.

4. Setting up an Online Account

4.1 Age limit: You must be over 18 to set up an online shopping account with us or to place any orders. We are entitled to rely on your account set-up information as confirmation of this.

4.2 Delivery address: You must have a delivery address within our delivery area. You can check if we deliver in your area here.

4.3 Payment: You must have a valid debit/credit card, PayPal account or VISA Checkout account, in your name, attached to your online shopping account.

4.4 Update your information: You must keep your contact details updated, so that we can speak to you about your orders. You can do this via your online account or by calling our friendly Customer Care team.

4.5 Keep details safe: You must keep your username and password safe. You will be responsible for all activities and orders made under this username and password.

4.6 Monitoring: We monitor and track all online purchases and transactions. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or cancel any customer online account, at any time.

4.7 Agreement: You must agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety to shop online with us.

5 Online Prices and Payment

5.1 Prices: When browsing our website, the prices shown will be the prices available for next day delivery. Once you have logged in, picked your products, and selected your delivery date, the prices displayed at checkout will be the prices you will be charged. You will not be charged until your order is ready for delivery.

5.2 Errors: It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some pricing on our website may not be correct. We reserve the right to refuse to process any order placed on our website based on information that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, out-of-date information regarding pricing or delivery. We will endeavour to inform you by email where there is a pricing mistake in an order you have placed, giving you the option of continuing to purchase at the correct price or amending the order. If we are unable to contact you, we may at our discretion, decide to cancel the order. If the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as genuine mispricing by us, we do not have to provide the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.

5.3 Minimum order value: The minimum order value for online orders is £25 plus an additional delivery charge of £2, as shown at checkout. You will receive free delivery on all orders over £35. The minimum order value is calculated after all discounts and promotional offers have been applied.

5.4 VAT: Where applicable, prices shown will include Value Added Tax. We endeavour to keep our website updated with prices which indicate the current rate of VAT. You will be charged the current prevailing rate on the day of your delivery.

5.5 Methods of payment: We accept payment from MasterCard, Visa Credit, Visa Debit (UK registered cards only), Iceland Bonus Card Savings from a registered Bonus Card*, electronic vouchers with a valid code and a valid PayPal account. The address to which the card is registered must be the same as the billing address. The card used to confirm the order must be the same card used to complete the order. We do not accept cash, cheques, in store money-off coupons, gift vouchers or Iceland till printed coupons online.

5.6 Pre-authorisation: When you place your order, we will carry out an immediate pre-authorisation check on your payment card. This will be reserved for the full value of your order placed on the order date. If you decrease your order value, the value of the pre-authorisation will remain the same. If you increase your order value, the pre-authorisation value will increase incrementally to the value of the revised order value. The full cost of your order will be taken on the date of your delivery.

5.7 Failed payment: If we are unable to process your pre-authorisation card payment on the date of placing your order, your order will not be placed. If we are unable to process your amended order pre-authorisation payment, then the amendments will not be made to the order.

5.8 Order acknowledgment: When you have placed an order on the website, we will send you an email acknowledging your order. This is not confirmation that your order has been accepted by us.

5.9 Contract: A legally binding contract will only arise once we have completed delivery of the products to you. Once we have delivered the products to you, you become the owner of the products. You will have no legal liability in connection with your order until the products have been delivered to you.

5.10 Images: The images of the products on the website are for illustration only. Your products may vary slightly from those images. The packaging of the products may vary from that shown on images on our website.

5.11 Availability: We do our best to ensure that we have a wide range of products available every day, but sometimes we run out of certain products. If we have run out of any products that you have ordered, we will try to replace them with the same product of a better value, with no increase in the price you pay. We will never replace unavailable products with products of a lower value or smaller pack size. You will not be charged for any products which we do not supply.

5.12 Not for resale: We do not supply products for resale unless we have specifically agreed this with you in writing. All products supplied for your own use.

5.13 Age-restrictions/alcohol: Some products, such as alcohol, can only be purchased by and delivered to customers above a certain age, i.e. 18 years old, for orders containing alcohol. Iceland operates a 'challenge 25, serve 18' policy.

5.14 Statutory rights: Our products aim to comply with your legal rights to be of satisfactory quality, to be fit for purpose, and to match their description. These rights are known as your statutory rights.

6. Carrier Bags

6.1 Charge: The law requires us to charge at least 5p for each single-use carrier bag used for an online delivery or purchased in-store in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland.

6.2 Flat fee: For in-store Home Delivery service, we will charge 5p each for up to four carrier bags used, thereafter, a flat fee of 25p will be charged for five or more carrier bags used per order. This charge will be clearly indicated on your receipt as carrier bag charge. We can only offer a Home Delivery service where you use your own bags, where the bags are suitable and hygienic to do so. The decision of if the bags are suitable will be at our sole discretion, our decision will be final. For online orders, we charge a flat fee of 25p for carrier bags per order, calculated based on the average number of bags required to pack an order. This charge will show at checkout.

6.3 Proceeds: All proceeds from carrier bag charges, after VAT, in England, Wales and Scotland, will go to the Iceland Foods Charitable Foundation (registered charity 281943). All proceeds from carrier bag charges, after VAT, in Northern Ireland are required by law to be paid to the Department of Environment in Northern Ireland.

7. Amending or Cancelling Your Online Order and Refund Process

7.1 Amending your order: you can cancel or amend your order at any time up to 10.59pm the day before your order is due to be delivered. We allow up to five amendments per order if the order value is increased during an order change. If the order value remains the same value or less, there are no limitations on how many times you can amend the order. All increases in order value are subject to the pre-authorisation check on your payment account.

7.2 Cancelling your order: You also have a legal right to cancel an order at any time up to 14 working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) from the day after the day the products are delivered to you. You are welcome to change your mind and decide that you do not want to keep a product. You can notify us of your decision to cancel and receive a refund. This right to cancel does not apply to:

7.2.1 perishable products, such as fresh food or drink; and/orperishable products, such as fresh food or drink; and/or

7.2.2 items which cannot be resold for health and hygiene reasons once unwrapped (for example, personal grooming products and certain baby products etc.)

7.3 How to cancel:

7.3.1 To cancel an order before 10.59pm: Please either log in to your online account, select order history, and cancel the relevant order, or contact us via our Customer Care team. You will need to provide the email address registered with your account and confirm the order number you wish to cancel. The pre-authorisation on the card will be cancelled.

7.3.2 To cancel an order after 10.59pm: Please contact our Customer Care team, by filling in this online form or call Customer Care on: 0800 328 0800 and provide the email address registered with your account, and confirm the order number you wish to cancel. The money will be refunded to your account as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days of notification of cancellation.

7.3.3 To cancel an order once the goods are received: Please contact our Customer Care team by filling in this online form or call Customer Care on: 0800 328 0800 and provide the email address registered with your account number. We will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days after the day on which we receive the products back, or 14 days after the day on which you gave us the evidence of having sent the products back, whichever is sooner. We will usually refund you by the same method as your original payment.

7.4 Reasonable care of goods: You must take reasonable care of the products to be returned and store them in an appropriate manner, e.g. frozen products must be kept in a freezer. Unless the products were misdescribed on our website or are faulty, we may require you to return the products at your own cost. The products must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging.

8. Picking Your Order

8.1 Product sourcing: We take great care to source the best products that we possibly can. This can involve produce being sourced from countries around the world. As a result, you may receive the same product from a number of different countries at different times throughout the year.

8.2 Expiry dates: When we pick your order, we will select products with a reasonable amount of time left on the expiry date. However, some fresh produce items naturally have a limited shelf life, so it is reasonable for them to have a shelf life of less than two days when they are delivered to you.

9. Quality Assurance

9.1 Quality/exchange/refunds: If you are unhappy with the quality of any of the products you receive, we will happily refund your money or replace the products. This is in line with ‘our promise’ which is printed on all of our packaging.

9.2 To exchange, please either call our Customer Care team on: 0800 328 080 or take those products to one of our stores, in the original packaging and in a saleable condition along with the receipt or invoice which arrived with your online order and we will replace the product.

9.3 To request a refund, please contact our Customer Care team by completing this online form (including your order number) or via phone: 0800 328 0800. Once the online form has been completed, we will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days after the day on which we receive the products back, or 14 days after the day on which you gave us the evidence of having sent the products back, whichever is sooner. We will usually refund you by the same method as your original payment. If you are unhappy with a large number of products, we may ask you to take the products back to store, or we may arrange for a collection of the products before processing a refund.

10. Special Offers, Promotions and Competitions

10.1 For all current offers, please visit the 'Offers' tab.

10.2 Geographical exclusions: From time to time, and in our complete discretion, we may offer special pricing, bundles, deals, discounts or similar to online or in-store customers. These offers are available in the UK only and exclude ROI, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Hebrides and The Range stores.

10.3 Availability: Offers may vary from store to store. Offers may vary between in-store and online. Some offers will be online exclusives. All offers are subject to availability.

10.4 Limited time: Offers will have a limited time period. This will be detailed on our website and, in particular, on each of the Offers, Discounts and Coupons and Competitions pages as specified in clause 10.1.

10.5 Pricing: In the event that a special offer, promotion, discount, bundle or deal applies to your order, subject to you having complied with the specific terms of same, we shall apply the appropriate pricing or action to your order.

10.6 Changes: We may change the terms of special offers, or withdraw them altogether, at any time and without prior notice. We reserve the right to offer, in our complete discretion, different customers different special offers, promotions and the ability to enter different competitions.

10.7 Discount codes: Only one discount code of any type may be used per transaction. If we believe, in our reasonable opinion, that a discount code has been used more than once, we reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to not apply the discount code to the transaction and to take full payment using the payment method selected, or we may elect to cancel the order entirely.

10.8 7 Day Deals: We may offer 7 Day Deals from time to time as advertised on our website. You may purchase a maximum of four products online during the offer period, and all deals are subject to availability whilst stocks last. Store maximum limits may also apply.

10.9 Amending your order: If you amend or cancel your order after the last day of a special offer as notified to you in the terms of the special offer, the standard price shall apply to the products in your order.

11. Customer Ratings, Reviews

11.1 Leaving a review: Customers are welcome to leave reviews about our products. Sometimes we ask third parties, such as Feefo, to collate reviews on our behalf. By submitting any content via our website for a review, you confirm that:

11.1.1 you have a registered account for online shopping with us;

11.1.2 you are the sole author and owner of the content or review you are submitting;

11.1.3 all the content you are submitting is accurate, polite and in plain English;

11.1.4 our use of the content you supply does not violate these terms and will not cause injury to any person or entity;

11.1.5 you are not a supplier to Iceland and/or the review is not designed to falsify any aspect of the product you are reviewing in any way.

11.2 Lawful content: You agree that you will not submit any content:

11.2.1 that is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading;

11.2.2 that includes profanity, blasphemy, racism, discriminatory comments or content that might be considered harassment, abuse or threats against the personal safety or property of others;

11.2.3 that contains comments about other reviewers;

11.2.4 that contains spam or advertising;

11.2.5 that contains third party brand names or trade marks;

11.2.6 that contains personal information about anyone, including yourself, such as phone numbers, personal address details or Bonus Card or credit/debit card numbers;

11.2.7 that contains any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files;

11.2.8 that includes any information that references other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers;

11.2.9 that violates any law or regulation (including but not limited to those governing consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising); or

11.2.10 that infringes any third party's copyright, patent, trade mark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy.

11.3 Our rights: We reserve the right not to publish a review that we receive, to remove any review we receive for any reason (including seasonal product reviews), and to condense or delete any comment or review which we reasonably believe violates these terms and conditions.

11.4 Assignment: For any content that you submit, you grant us an assignment of all intellectual property rights, which includes a licence to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.

11.5 None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Iceland, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third-party service providers and we have the right to disclose your identity to any third-party who is claiming that any review posted by you is inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent.

11.6 We reserve the right to disclose your identity if we are required to do so by order of a court, or a competent regulatory body.

12. Our Liability

12.1 Unrestricted by law: Nothing in these terms and conditions will restrict our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our acts or omissions, breach of contract, or breach of statutory duty.

12.2 Statutory rights: Nothing in these terms and conditions will restrict any of your statutory rights.

12.3 Limitation of liability: We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or damage, or loss of profits, or reliance you may have had in having the products or your order delivered to you, which arises out of any failure by us to supply the products or your order to you.

12.4 Force majeure: We will not be deemed to be in breach of contract or of these terms and conditions as a result of any delay in our performance or failure to perform our obligations if that delay or failure to perform is due to any cause or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, fire, flood and other acts of God, strikes, riot, accident, disruption to energy supplies, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or war, breakdown of equipment and road traffic problems.

12.5 Maximum liability: Other than as set out above, our maximum liability arising out of any order for the supply of products to you will be limited to the price of the products contained in that order.

13. Variation to These Terms and Conditions

13.1 Notice: We may change these terms and conditions from time to time and will you of notify this by stating the date of the version at the top of this page.

13.2 Check each time: Every time you place an online order with us, the terms and conditions and privacy policy in force at that time will apply to the order.

14. Other Important Terms

14.1 Assignment: We may transfer our rights and obligations under any order to another organisation, but that will not affect your rights or obligations.

14.2 Severance: Each of the paragraphs of these terms and conditions operate separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver: If we do not insist that you perform any of your obligations, or we do not enforce our rights against you or delay in doing so, that will not mean that all our rights are waived. Any waiver by us will be confirmed in writing and will not mean that we waive rights on an ongoing basis.

14.4 Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of same shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising.

14.5 Disputes: If our Customer Care team is unable to resolve any complaint or issue you may have, or you are unhappy with the outcome, you can pursue this matter via the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) website. This will ask you to complete the details of the complaint using this online form and they will contact us in due course. The European ODR website can be found here. It is not compulsory for us to participate in this dispute resolution process and we reserve our right to assess this on a case by case basis.

1. Registering for a Bonus Card

1.1 Who can have a Bonus Card? Bonus Cards are available from participating UK Iceland and The Food Warehouse stores to anyone resident in the UK who is aged 18 years or over. Simply pick up a card in-store and register, as per the instructions below.

1.2 Registration is easy: You will need to register your card online to activate the features and benefits of the Bonus Card, including being able to add savings. To register go to mybonuscard.iceland.co.uk. You will need to supply us with your email address and home address. Registrations will usually be complete within 48 hours.

1.3 Acceptance of terms: Registration of the card is acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1.4 Multiple cards: Only one card is permitted per person and we may cancel multiple cards.

1.5 Personal use: Once registered, Bonus Cards are personal to the registered holder, who is responsible for all use of that card. We do not accept responsibility for any unauthorised use after registration.

1.6 Property: All Bonus Cards are issued and remain the property of Iceland Foods Limited.

1.7 Cancellation: We reserve the right to withdraw, decline, cancel or issue a new card at any time and without notice. You may cancel your Bonus Card at any time by contacting our Customer Care team. Any remaining balance on your Bonus Card will be lost on cancellation. It is therefore important that you make sure that any savings or balances on your Bonus Card are redeemed prior to cancellation.

2. General Terms

2.1 Timescale: It may take up to 48 hours for bonuses, savings and transactions to be recorded onto your Bonus Card.

2.2 Expiry of card: Your Bonus Card will automatically expire 24 months after the last time you use it. Any remaining balance, of any type, will expire, will be forfeited and will not be retrievable. If you wish to keep the balance for longer, you must contact our Customer Care team.

2.3 Liability: We will not be liable for any bonuses that are not spent before expiry, nor for any bonus amounts which have failed to load onto the card due to a technical or user error, nor for any bonus amounts which are not used due to lost or stolen cards. We will not be liable for any computer or equipment failure resulting in lost transactions from a Bonus Card account, or any technical issues with address verification. In the event of a computer error, we will restore the last recorded unused balance to the Bonus Card. In the event that your card is lost or stolen we shall not be liable for any savings taken from your account prior to your notifying us of your lost/stolen Bonus Card. You are responsible for the safety and security of your Bonus Card.

2.4 Where a customer elects to use a third-party digital Bonus Card, we do not accept liability for activity or unauthorised spending of savings arising from a customer’s failure to keep the device or security details linked to the device secure. We do not accept liability for any third-party applications, including their use, availability or functionality.

2.5 We reserve the right to take any appropriate action we deem necessary where there is reasonable belief of: a. any abuse or attempted abuse of the Bonus Card scheme or promotional scheme associated with the Bonus Card; b. any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions; and/or c. any behaviour that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information. Our decision is final.

2.6 Maximum limit: The maximum amount of savings, including any bonuses, allowed on a Bonus Card at any one time is £1,000. Once you reach the maximum limit, even if you are participating in a promotional offer, your card may be capped by us.

2.7 No cash alternative: We will not offer a cash alternative, under any circumstances, for promotional bonuses or savings. Bonus Card savings can only be redeemed in store or online (where available).

2.8 Lost or stolen cards: You must notify our Customer Care team immediately by calling us on: 0800 328 080 if your Bonus Card is lost or stolen. Our Customer Care team can cancel the card and transfer the savings to a new card. You are solely responsible for the safety and security of your Bonus Card. In the event that your card is lost or stolen, Iceland shall not be liable for any savings taken from your account prior to your notifying Iceland of your lost/stolen Bonus Card.

2.9 The provision of the Savings Scheme, the Free Home Delivery service and any money off or discount Coupons, as well as these terms and conditions are subject to the law of England and Wales and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

3. Promotional Bonuses and Offers

3.1 Registration bonus: We may, in our absolute discretion, offer new Bonus Card holders a registration bonus to include but not be limited to free gifts, and free bonus £1’s to spend. If applicable, and if notified to you using the email address used to register your Bonus Card, this will usually be added to your card within five days and will be advised within your email, when this will expire, but this is usually within two weeks from the date of loading. It will be forfeited if not spent within the timeframe.

3.2 Extra bonus: At any time, we may offer selected customers a promotional bonus. The terms and conditions of that bonus, including the amount, any availability or expiry dates will be notified to you.

3.3 Offers: From time to time, we may send Bonus Card holders coupons, offers, or discounts. These are applicable only to the named recipient and applicable Bonus Card number, and with presentation of the Bonus Card. Offers terms and conditions will also apply where applicable.

4. Bonus Card Savings Scheme

4.1 How can savings be added?: Savings can only be added to a registered Bonus Card, by cash, debit/credit card at the till in-store, or via the account management page in your online account using an acceptable form of payment*. You will not be able to add savings until your card is registered. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for savings to be added to your Bonus Card.

4.2 No interest: No interest is added to any balances.

4.3 Ring-fenced monies: Bonus Card Savings Scheme savings are ring-fenced in a separate Iceland Bonus Card Savings trust bank account, separate to all other Iceland bank accounts.

4.4 Savings bonus: Members of the Savings Scheme will receive a £1 bonus each time an aggregate of £20 of savings is added to your savings balance (in one or a series of transactions). Once a savings milestone is met, the milestone will be reset and a further total of £20 of savings must be added to your savings balance (in one or a series of transactions) to receive your next £1 bonus. The maximum amount to of savings and rewards allowed on a Bonus Card at any one time is £1,000. If your savings limit, whether participating in a promotion or otherwise, exceeds £1,000, we reserve the right to cap your card.

4.5 What doesn’t count?: Bonuses or other promotional amounts added by us do not count towards a £20 milestone.

4.6 Automatic addition: Each £1 bonus will be automatically added to your savings balance within 48 hours of meeting a £20 milestone.

4.7 Redeeming savings: Savings can ONLY be used to purchase products in participating Iceland and The Food Warehouse stores or online at the Iceland website*. They will not be able to be redeemed in a franchise store or within The Range. The savings cannot be redeemed to purchase carrier bags or in Scotland, to purchase alcohol. There is no cash or gift voucher alternatives. You cannot use the savings with any third-party. If redeeming your savings online*, you can choose how much you wish to use on any particular transaction and the remaining balance (if any) will be reduced accordingly.

4.8 If you are using a digital Bonus Card on a mobile device, and you wish to redeem savings in-store, you will be asked to provide a form of identification which displays your name.

4.9 No change: We will not give any change (cash) where savings are redeemed in part. Any balance will remain on the Bonus Card.

4.10 Balance enquiry: You can check your balance online, in-store at the till or via our Customer Care team. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for transactions and savings to be recorded on to your Bonus Card.

4.11 Employees: Employees of Iceland (or its associated companies) can apply for a Bonus Card, use any discount vouchers received in connection with their registered Bonus Card, and are eligible to save using their Bonus Card, but they will not be eligible for staff discount when adding savings to their card or to take part in any competitions or prize draws. Employees may, however, use their staff discount card when redeeming Savings.

5. Variation to These Terms and Conditions

5.1 Notice: We may change these terms and conditions from time to time and will you of notify this by stating the date and time of the version at the top of this page. We may amend or withdraw the entire Bonus Card and Savings Scheme at any time.

1. Who is Eligible for an Iceland Delivery?

Customers who shop in-store and swipe their Bonus Card, and online customers. Your delivery address must be set up in your account and must be within our delivery area, see below.

2. Minimum Spend

In-store: spend £25 or more in one transaction for free delivery.

Online: a minimum spend of £25 is required to place an order online plus a £2 delivery charge will apply up to the value of £34.99, or you can have your online order delivered for free when you spend £35 or more.

Minimum spends for both in-store and online deliveries exclude the purchase of Bonus Card savings and carrier bags.

3. Participating Stores

The radius for participating stores is 10 miles to the delivery address except where the store is within the M25 perimeter where a 3-mile radius will apply. Further details of participating stores can be obtained by getting in touch with our Customer Care team.

4. Time Slots

All delivery windows are subject to availability. We will aim to deliver your order within the delivery slot we have agreed with you, but we cannot accept liability if we deliver outside of that slot, or if we are unable to deliver all of the goods.

5. Delivered to Your Door

We will deliver goods to your door. Our drivers will assist where possible, but they are not obliged to enter your premises. It may not always be possible to deliver your order, in situations such as where our driver believes it is unsafe or impractical to approach the property, where our driver believes it is unsafe to deliver due to an uncontrolled or dangerous animal, or where our driver cannot reach the property due to bad weather.

6. Signatures

Proof of age and identity may be requested upon delivery. Signature upon receipt of the goods will be proof of delivery.

7. Attempted Delivery

An authorised person aged 18 or over must be at the delivery address, when we try to deliver the order. If no one is there, we will leave notification of our visit, return the goods to our store and try to contact the customer to arrange a date and time for redelivery. Under no circumstances will goods be left unattended, for example, in a customer's garage, or with anybody who is under 18 years of age. We shall not be liable if the Bonus Card holder fails to notify us of a change of address.

8. Alcohol

Iceland reserves the right to withhold the delivery of alcoholic drinks to persons who look under the age of 25 and cannot prove that they are 18 or over, are under the age of 18 or appear to be under the influence of alcohol. To comply with licensing laws, we can only deliver alcohol during our licensed hours. These vary for each store but are usually 08:00 to 23:00 Monday to Saturday and 10:00 to 22:30 Sunday in England and Wales and 10:00 to 20:00 Monday to Sunday in Scotland.

9. Damaged or Faulty Goods

Your local Iceland store or our Customer Care team must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.

10. Risk and Ownership

Ownership of, and risk in, the goods will pass to you once we have delivered your order. You should read all information on the product label carefully, paying particular attention to allergens. If the delivery address stated on your order is not the address where you live, we will not be liable for any damage or detriment to the goods caused by the onward delivery to you.

11. Withdrawal

We may decline to offer delivery in the event of a temporary failure of electrical equipment, mechanical breakdown, industrial action, adverse weather conditions or other reasons beyond our reasonable control. The withdrawal of a delivery is at our discretion, and our decision will be final.

12. Liability

Whilst we take every care to deliver your order, we cannot be liable for any loss or damage you may incur (whether direct or indirect) arising from any delay, failure or other problem relating to our delivery of the goods.

Here you will find all of the terms and conditions regarding discounts, money off promotions, and coupons available to use at selected UK stores, excluding ROI, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Hebrides, and the Range, and on our website.

We reserve the right to offer discounts and Coupons to selected Bonus Card or non-Bonus Card customers from time to time.

General Terms for Discounts, Money Off and Coupons:

1. What Do We Accept?

We accept some money off, discount and instant rewards, in the form of vouchers, paper coupons, till receipts, or otherwise (“Coupons”). We also offer money off coupons that can only be used online (“Electronic Coupons”). Coupons/Electronic Coupons may be automatically printed at our till, or some may be emailed or posted in advance.

2. Terms for Coupons

All information in relation to the money off, discount, promotion, validity dates and how to use it will be written on the Coupon/Electronic Coupon, or in the email, or in the corresponding terms of redemption. By using the Coupon/Electronic Coupon or accepting the money off, you accept the terms and conditions that are valid for each discount or promotion.

3. Where Can Coupons Be Used?

An Electronic Coupon for money off a minimum spend, can be used online only, unless stated otherwise. Some Coupons are valid in particular stores only. See the Coupon terms for redemption details.

4. Multiple Coupons

Multiple Coupons/Electronic Coupons may not be redeemed within the same transaction.

5. Surrender

You must hand any paper Coupons over to the cashier at the outset of your transaction in-store if you wish to redeem same. We will not accept amended, damaged or photocopied Coupons. We may not accept Coupons which have incorrect codes. We do not accept any liability for lost or damaged Coupons.

Electronic Coupons are surrendered by using the code or reference on them.

6. Limitations

Coupons including Electronic Coupons are not transferable, cannot be used more than once and have no cash value. Unless otherwise specified, Coupons can only be redeemed against one item. Coupons/Electronic Coupons cannot be used for the purchase of carrier bags, towards baby formula or for putting any electronic Bonus Card savings on your Bonus Card. Coupons and Electronic Coupons cannot be used towards the purchase of alcohol in Scotland. Where there is a spend limitation on the use of a Coupon/Electronic Coupon then the purchase of carrier bags or adding Bonus Card savings on to your Bonus Card will not count towards the minimum spend requirement.

7. When the Coupon is Applied

Coupons and Electronic Coupons are applied at the end of the transaction, when all other promotions and discounts have been removed and pricings have been calculated. Minimum spends for our delivery service must still be reached after the Coupons/Electronic Coupons have been applied.

8. Liability

We do not accept any responsibility for any computer or equipment failure resulting in a transaction failing to register or any Coupon/Electronic Coupon failing to be generated, printed or redeemed. We also do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen Coupons. Once you have the Coupon, it is your responsibility to keep it safe.

9. Variations

Iceland’s decision is final in respect of whether a Coupon/Electronic Coupon will or will not be honoured. We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend any promotion or Coupon/Electronic Coupon in whole or part at any time.
