We give colleagues the opportunity to feed back to the owners of the company. This can be done through their elected Talking Shop Rep – every store has one – or through organised events designed to give our colleagues a platform to be heard. These include regional listening groups, Live Q&As on our social media platform, as well as regular conferences and roadshows.
