Who can use the programme?
To become a member, you must sign up online and agree to the Terms of Service. You also must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom.

How do I claim my Welcome Reward?
Members have three months from the join date to claim a Welcome Reward and send the purchase or booking confirmation receipt. Simply make an online purchase at Iceland you joined through, or as otherwise outlined in your membership details, and send the purchase or booking confirmation receipt.
How do I claim my Monthly Bonus?
You can claim a Monthly Bonus every calendar month. Just make an online purchase at the retailer you joined through, or as otherwise outlined in your membership details, and send the purchase or booking confirmation receipt within 30 days of making the purchase/booking.
How can I earn 10% Cashback?
Earning cashback is easy. All you need to do is sign in to the Complete Savings website and click through to any of the retailers offering cashback, and shop as you usually would. The cashback will be tracked automatically and will be transferred to the bank account number as stated in your Profile once you have earned £5 cashback or more. If you have earned less than this, we will roll the cashback over to the next month.
You can earn a maximum of £250 cashback each month. Cashback is paid on the net value of purchases, excluding VAT, all other taxes, surcharges and any additional costs such as delivery.
*Cashback will be applied to the net value of the basket, which is the total basket value excluding any taxes, delivery, credit card fees, purchase and/or redemption of gift cards, returns, exchanges and gift wrapping.
How is Cashback and rewards paid to me?
Cashback and rewards are paid to you by bank transfer. They will be transferred to the bank account number as stated in your Complete Savings Profile.
In addition, you also have the option to request your Welcome Reward to be paid to your Credit Card (Visa card only). You will be able to select this payment method, which is only available for the Welcome Reward, in the Profile page.
