Chicken Fajita Cooking Instructions
•Iceland 400g Diced Chicken Fillets
•3 Pack Sweet Peppers
•3 Pack Red Onions
•Pura 2ltr Vegetable Oil
•Old El Paso 35g Smokey Bbq Season Mix
•Iceland 8pk Tortilla Wraps
METHOD
1. Place the finely sliced chicken, peppers and onions in a bowl with 1 tbsp of the vegetable oil and Fajita seasoning mix, season with salt and pepper and mix until the chicken, peppers and onions are well coated.
2. Heat a griddle or frying pan with the remaining vegetable oil, add the chicken, peppers and onions and keep moving until they are nicely charred and the chicken is cooked through.
3. Warm the tortillas in the microwave, oven or clean frying pan and then serve with the Chicken Fajita mix. Serve with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
