Cooking Instructions

Iceland 300g Chicken Fillets

2 Pack Little Gem Lettuce

2 Pack Ripe & Ready Avocado

250g Cherry Tomatoes

Iceland . 150g Smoked Back Bacon

Olivio 500ml Oil

Schwartz 11g Mixed Herbs

Iceland 6pk Mixed Weight F/range Eggs

Castelli 100g Grated Prmgno Reggn

Pizza Express 235ml Caesar Dressing
METHOD
1. Place the chicken breasts in a bowl and mix with the marinade ingredients until well coated.
2. Heat a frying pan or griddle and add the chicken breasts and cook on both sides until golden brown and cooked through. Cover and set to one side to rest.
3.While your chicken is cooking and resting, cook the bacon and boil the eggs.
4. When you are ready to serve, slice chicken into thick slices, chop up the bacon and slice the eggs.
5. Arrange on a large plate all the components and finally pour over the dressing and serve. Enjoy!
