Super Easy Berry Crumble

What could be better on a Sunday than a crumble? With these ingredients to hand you’ll be making them every day of the week!

SERVES: 4+

DEFROSTING REQUIRED: No

TIME: 30 mins

TEMPERATURE: 180C gas mark 4

METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 180c. Sprinkle frozen fruit into a baking dish – add a tablespoon of sugar and mix.

2. Rub the flour into the butter and keep rubbing until it looks like breadcrumbs. Then stir in the sugar.

3. Top the fruit with crumble topping. Sprinkle a little extra sugar on top too and bake for about 25-30 mins or until it’s cooked through and browning on top and the fruit is bubbling.

4. Serve with custard or cream.

VARIATION: Try this with sliced apples in the mix too. Or chunks of rhubarb.

HACKS: A little honey or maple syrup works just as well as sugar to sweeten the fruit mixture. Try a pinch of cinnamon in there too.

How about making individual ones in little ramekins?

1 bag of Iceland frozen berries
