Greek Style Chicken Kebab
Ingredients

Iceland Chicken Breast Fillets

Iceland Mixed Peppers

Zest and juice of one lemon

2 garlic cloves, crushed

1 tsp Chilli flakes

2 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tbsp Dried Oregano
METHOD

Cut the chicken and peppers into approx. 1 inch chunks, place in a bowl with the marinade ingredients and season with salt and black pepper and mix until the chicken and peppers are well coated.

If using wooden skewers soak in water for 5-10 mins, if using metal skewers no prep is necessary.

Thread the chicken and the peppers through the skewers.

Grill or BBQ the chicken kebabs turning frequently and basting with any remaining marinade until the chicken is cooked through, for approx. 10-15 minutes.
