Baking with kids is fun - and best when it’s kept simple. This recipe couldn’t be easier, so why not get baking up a storm in the kitchen with your little ones today?

DEFROSTING REQUIRED: No
TIME: 30 Mins
TEMPERATURE: 180C
METHOD
1. Preheat oven 180 and pop paper cake cases in a muffin tray.
2. Cream room temperature butter and sugar until well mixed then add eggs one at a time.
3. Add flour and baking powder. When mixed, slowly pour in the milk. Add blueberries.
4. Pop mixture into cake liners.
5. Bake for 15-20 mins until well risen and golden. Cool in tray for 10 minutes before removing.
HACKS: Want to try to make icing? Mix a few tablespoons of icing sugar with a little water (or lemon juice) and mix - drizzle the runny mixture over cooled, fruity cakes.

4. 300g Self Raising Flour
5. 140ml Milk
6. 1 tsp Baking Powder
7. Large Handful of Frozen Blueberries (then extra to top before putting in oven)
