  • Iceland 8pk Tortilla Wraps

  • Rodolfi 690g Tomato Passata

  • Schwartz 7g Oregano

  • 3 Pack Garlic

  • Galbani 125g Mozzarella Ball 2x

Tortilla-Pizza

Method

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C or use a grill setting for extra crispiness.

2. Prepare the base: Place the wrap on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush lightly with olive oil.

3. Add the sauce: Spread the tomato passata evenly over the wrap. Sprinkle with oregano, garlic (if using), and a pinch of salt and pepper.

4. Top with cheese: Arrange slices of mozzarella evenly over the sauce.

5. Bake for 7–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the wrap are golden and crisp.

6. Optional garnish, add fresh basil leaves on top and a drizzle of olive oil or a sprinkle of Parmesan if desired.
