Method
1. In a small bowl, mix the Philadelphia cream cheese with the icing sugar until smooth and slightly fluffy. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
2. Slice the strawberries thinly. If you like, you can sprinkle a little icing sugar over them and let them sit for 5–10 minutes to macerate and become extra juicy.
3. Spread a generous layer of the sweetened cream cheese onto each half of the bap, then Layer the sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese.
4. Optional garnish, dust the top of the bap with a little extra icing sugar.
