Cheats Mini Toad in the Hole
Giant Yorkshire Toad in the Hole
This cheat’s Toad in the Hole is perfect when only comfort food will do but you’re short on time and energy. The kids will love having their own mini toad in the hole.
SERVES: 4
DEFROSTING REQUIRED: No
TIME: 35 mins
TEMPERATURE: 180C
METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 180C.
2. Pop sausages on a baking tray and cook for 30 mins.
3. For last 10 mins add the Yorkshires.
4. Microwave your mash for 5 mins. Cook your veg in the microwave for 8 minutes according to the instructions. Make your gravy with boiling water.
5. Cut the sausages and serve them in the Yorkshire pud (ideally show them sealed side up) with mash and veg on the side! Serve gravy on the side
ALTERNATIVES:Try this with a giant Yorkie too!
HACKS: Go even cuter and try this with cocktail sausages- perfect for a kids’ play date.

8 x frozen Iceland sausages
4 x yorkshire puddings
Packet of Iceland frozen mash
