Sweetcorn Fritter Bites

METHOD
1. Pour the flour, the egg and the salt and pepper into a food processor or into a bowl and use a hand blender then pulse to a rough paste, leaving some pieces of sweetcorn.
2. Heat the oil in a non stick frying pan over a medium heat then drop spoonful’s of the mixture into the pan. Fry for 2 around minutes on each side until golden and transfer to a serving plate. Serve with your favourite dips
INGREDIENTS:
20g self raising flour
1 egg
135g Iceland frozen sweetcorn
Pinch of salt and pepper
