  • 2 Handfuls Frozen Raspberries or Strawberries
  • 1 Chopped Fresh Banana
  • 1 Tsp Squirty Honey
  • 2 Scoops Vanilla or Fruit Flavour Ice Cream
  • 100ml Almond Milk – optional

Method

  1. Put 2 handfuls of frozen strawberries, fresh banana, squirty honey and almond milk into a blender.
  2. Blend together until smooth, add ice cream and blend again.
  3. Pour into a glass and top with slices of banana and a few slices of strawberry.

Mixing a galaxy of flavours together, this easy smoothie recipe with Greek yoghurt and fruit will be a hit at any garden party or outdoor dinner. Mixing up frozen Del Monte fruits with two kinds of fruit juices and heavenly Greek yoghurt, it’ll bring the tastes of Southeast Europe to your table.

Ingredients

  • 2 Handfuls Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Handful Frozen Pineapple
  • 100ml Pineapple Juice
  • 100ml Orange Juice
  • 2 tbsp Non-fat Vanilla or Greek Yoghurt

Method

  1. Place pineapple into a blender with pineapple juice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add yoghurt to blender and blend to combine.
  3. Transfer pineapple and yoghurt mixture to a jug.
  4. Then place blueberries into the empty blender (no need to clean it!) with 100ml orange juice and blend until smooth.
  5. Add a couple of spoonful’s of the pineapple smoothie into a glass, then add a spoonful of the blueberry mixture. Swirl the two together with a spoon.
  6. Repeat step 5 to create another layer and repeat until your glass is full.
  7. Top with frozen pineapple chunks and blueberries.
