Smokey Chicken Burger
This sizzling fried chicken burger recipe will spice things up this summer. Our simple method brings in toasted ciabatta rolls, lathered with sweet sticky barbecue sauce and mayonnaise. Filled with tempting southern fried chicken thigh burgers, smoked cheese, crispy bacon and luxury coleslaw, these burgers are simply smokin’.
Ingredients
- 4 luxury ciabatta rolls
- 4 southern fried chicken thigh burgers
- 8 smoked cheese slices
- 8 rashers of smoked back bacon
- Iceland luxury coleslaw
- Heinz barbecue sauce
- Mayonnaise
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Cook the chicken thigh burgers according to back of pack instructions.
- Grill the 8 rashers of bacon.
- Heat a dry griddle pan and toast the rolls.
- Add a dollop of barbecue sauce to the base of each roll.
- Top with the chicken thigh burger, add 2 slices of smoked cheese to each bun, follow with the bacon and coleslaw and top with lid with a little mayonnaise if required.
