Pizza Burger
Pizza Burger
Pizza and burgers in the same bun? What’s not to love? Bring them together with this simple crowd-pleasing pizza beef burger recipe. Combining a sweet brioche bun, tangy tomato purée and melted mozzarella, along with the tasty burger and salty pepperoni, it’s a guaranteed BBQ hit.
Ingredients
- 4 luxury brioche buns
- 4 extra tasty burgers
- 100g Napolina tomato purée
- 200g Iceland mozzarella
- 80g deli speciale pepperoni slices
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Cook burgers according to back of pack instructions.
- Heat a dry griddle pan and toast the brioche buns.
- Spread 25g of tomato purée on the base of each bun.
- When the burgers are cooked add 50g of mozzarella and 20g of pepperoni to the top and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is nice and melted.
- Place the burger in the bun bases and top with the bun lid.
- Serve with French fries or an Italian pasta salad.
