  • 2 flour tortillas
  • ½ iceberg lettuce (shredded)
  • 2 mature cheddar cheese slices
  • 4 tbsps mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsps sriracha
  • 1 sliced red onion

Method

  1. Preheat a grill to a high setting.
  2. Follow the preferred on packet instructions for the shredded original chicken and add the cheese 5 minutes before the end of cooking to melt.
  3. Mix the mayonnaise and the sriracha sauce together.
  4. Spoon the sriracha mayonnaise onto the tortilla and add the lettuce and red onion.
  5. Place the shredded chicken and cheese onto the salad and fold into a parcel. Place the parcel onto the grill tray and grill until toasted.

  2. In a large suitable bowl, mix together the soy, sriracha and sweet chilli sauce.

Ingredients

  • 200g Iceland shredded tikka chicken
  • 2 naan breads
  • Pataks masala curry sauce
  • 1 sliced red onion
  • 1 sliced green pepper
  • 100g grated mozzarella
  • Crucial’s mint yogurt

  1. Preheat a fan assisted oven to 180c.
  2. Spoon over the tikka sauce onto the naan breads and add the cheese.
  3. Place the shredded tikka chicken, the sliced onions and sliced peppers on top and place onto baking trays and into the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
  4. Finish with a drizzle of Crucial’s mint yogurt.

  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • 1 Iceland sour cream and chive dip
  • 200g Iceland grated mild coloured cheddar

Ingredients

  • 200g Iceland salt and pepper shredded chicken
  • 400g Iceland ridiculously crispy French fries
  • 1 diced red pepper
  • 1 diced green pepper
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 tbsp Iceland diced red chilli
  • Funky Soul salt and chilli seasoning

  1. Preheat a fan assisted oven to 180c.
  2. Add the French fries and chicken strips to a baking tray and place into the oven for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the diced peppers and onions to the top of the chicken and fries and place into the oven for a further 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. Remove the tray from the oven and pour into a large suitable bowl, add the Funky Soul seasoning along with the chilli and toss together until well combined.

  • 2 egg noodle nests (cooked)
  • 1 pack Iceland stir fry vegetable mix
  • 2 chopped spring onions
  • 4 tbsps soy sauce
  • 4 tbsps honey
  • Vegetable oil

  1. Follow the preferred on packet instructions for the shredded hoisin chicken.
  2. Over a medium to high heat, add a drizzle of oil to a large suitable pan and stir fry the vegetables. Add the cooked noodles, the honey and soy and cook until it starts to become sticky.
  3. Serve the stir fry noodles onto plates, add the hoisin chicken and finish with the chopped spring onions.
