Take a fresh look at frozen fish…fish that is frozen at sea whilst still on board ship couldn’t be fresher, whereas supposedly ‘fresh’ fish can take well over a week to reach the shops. Other supermarkets sell ‘fresh’ fish that was previously frozen – they defrost it to make it look fresh, but look on the packaging and you will find it says ‘This product was previously frozen’. Arctic Royal Seabass Fillets
Prime white fish famed for its flaky meat and sweet flavour. Our delicious Seabass Fillets are farmed in the pristine clear waters of the Aegean Sea. The catch is then filleted and frozen within hours, ensuring you serve only the freshest, finest fish.
Our sweet and succulent scallops are wild caught and frozen shortly after capture. They are best served lightly pan-fried in a little flavored butter for 1-2 minutes either side or until just cooked through.

Fully peeled and shelled raw king prawns offer a luxurious addition to a wide range of dishes.
Black Tiger Prawns
These king prawns are farmed in the warm clear waters of Vietnam and conform to the highest standards of international farming accreditations. Once defrosted, they are best griddled over a high heat with garlic butter until the shell turns from grey to bright pink.
Swordfish is a majestic fish and is commonly grouped together with other fish such as tuna, marlin and kingfish. Once defrosted, griddle over a high heat for 3 minutes on each side.
Calamari, otherwise known as squid, is ideally cooked by deep frying for 3-4 minutes. Perfect when accompanied with garlic mayonnaise.
