How to cook
Cooking Instructions General
Our salmon fillets are best oven baked straight from your refrigerator. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
Grill From Chilled
14 mins to grill - medium heat Pre-heat the grill to medium heat setting. Remove all packaging. Place fillets on to foil and brush with a little oil. Place on to a grill pan and cook for 12-14 minutes. Turn fillets occasionally during cooking.
Microwave From Chilled
2 mins to microwave Remove all packaging and place one fillet onto a microwaveable plate. Cover with film and pierce. Cook on Full Power in the centre of the turntable as follows: 800W - Cook for 2 minutes, stand for 1 minute 900W - Cook for 1 1/2 minutes, stand for 1 min Caution! Plate will become hot during cooking.
Oven cook From Chilled
20 mins to oven bake - 200°C/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 6 Pre-heat the oven. Remove all packaging and wrap the fillets in lightly oiled foil to form a parcel. Place parcel on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
Shallow Fry From Chilled
12 mins to panfry - medium heat Heat a tablespoon (15ml) of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Remove all packaging. Gently add fillets to the pan and cook for 12 minutes, turning occasionally.
