So disappointing nasty mushy fish tempera batter hard Second fillet thrown away There must be better to buy at Iceland!

Much less meaty than it used to be plus too much sauce that just leaks during cooking and then burns away to a crust. Disappointing as this has been my favourite fish option for years.

Youngs are the kings of thick batter and thin fish although the fish was good at the thick end it was really poor i had two inches of fish free batter at the other end wont bother with Youngs again stick to Iceland's luxury cod fillets

This is the first time I’ve bought this product and trust me it’s wonderful and the best I’ve ever had! Nice and crispy and had a lovely taste of nice flaky white fish! I read the cooking instructions but followed a previous person’s review using an air fryer which was 180 for 23 mins and by Jove, perfectly cooked. I’m 66, useless at recipe cooking ( but eat healthy) and I’m sorry” youngs “ but you’re stuck with me along with Iceland for their product range, prompt polite deliveries with a smile and a warming friendly quick chat, well done to everyone 👏👏👏, I’m my opinion, if you don’t like this product, either you don’t like fish or your worse than me at cooking

Very disappointed with this. Cooked in airfryer, the batter was nice and crunchy but why so salty. Overtook the taste of the fish. And the fish itself was def not white fish, was an awful shade of grey and very mushy. And did I mention the salt?? Awful
