How to cook

Oven cook From Frozen

Our Atlantic Salmon Puff Pastry Parcels are best oven baked straight from your freezer. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. 35 mins to oven bake 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6 Pre-heat the oven and baking tray. Remove all packaging. If Fish Portion has moved please position in the centre of the pastry slice. Brush pastry edges with either beaten egg or milk. Place product on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 35 minutes ensuring pastry has browned (fan oven 35 minutes).

tiny square bits of salmon on top of a bit of pastry . Not worth money No just no.

The salmon, sauce and pastry were delicious but cooking the salmon on top of the pastry made the pastry soggy and the bottom of the salmon was still raw. When I separated them and put them back in the oven on a baking tray both cooked properly and the resulting meal was delicious. I would recommend a change to the cooking instructions. I am certainly going to buy these items again.

No taste, and came out of the oven in a slick of oil, not nice at all

Absolutely awful! Zero flavour, salmon over cooked because of length of time in oven, super bland and nasty. Don’t waste your money on this

I quite liked them. However huge hit with my son, he said they were best thing he's had in a long time. However disappointed with the packaging. Not sure why individually in plastic trays when all do is take them out to cook. The packaging was the only thing that put me off.

Excellent, made a lovely, tasty meal.

Very good quick meal was surprised how tasty they were despite not spotting any spinach.

These are absolutely gorgeous! Will definitely be buying again!

The salmon itself was nice for frozen salmon (sorry I'm a fresh snob) but there wasn't much taste to the sauce at all, I was expecting more from the amount of Mustard involved & hardly any spinach either. I might buy again as a "lazy" meal
