How to cook

Air Fry From Frozen

Please refer to your manufacturer's guidelines. Ensure food is piping hot and do not re-heat once cooled.

Cooking Instructions

Our salt & vinegar fish fillets are best cooked straight from your freezer. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.

Tip

To enjoy young's chip shop at it's best, place on a wire rack for that delicious crispy bubbly batter!

Caution! care should be taken when removing the tray from the oven or airfryer as it may contain hot oil. Please refer to manufacturer's guidelines for cleaning airfryer after use.

Oven cook From Frozen

Step 1

Pre-Heat the oven 230°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 8 & remove all packaging.

Step 2

Place fillets on wire rack over a deep baking tray in the middle of the oven.

Step 3

Cook for 26 mins. Take out and serve.
