How to cook

Oven cook From Frozen

Our Smoked Alaska Pollock, Mozzarella and Cheddar Fish Cakes are best oven baked straight from your freezer. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.

28 mins to oven bake 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7

Pre-heat the oven. Remove all packaging. Place product on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 28 minutes.

Perfect for air frying. All cooking appliances vary, therefore please refer to your manufacturer's guidelines. Ensure food is piping hot and do not re-heat once cooled.
