How to cook

Oven cook From Frozen

Our Jumbo Fish fillets are best oven cooked straight from your freezer. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.

Tip

To enjoy Young's chip shop at its best, place on a wire rack for that delicious crispy bubbly batter!

3 Simple steps for the ultimate taste of the chippy

Step 1

Pre-heat the oven to 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 & remove all packaging.

Step 2

Place fillets on wire rack over a deep baking tray in the middle of the oven.

Step 3

Cook for 25 mins. Take out and serve.

Caution!

Care should be taken when removing the tray from the oven as it may contain hot oil.
