Cooking Instructions

Our extra large fish fillets are best oven baked straight from your freezer. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.

220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7, 21 mins

Pre-heat the oven & remove all packaging

Cook in the middle of the oven on a baking tray for 21 mins
