Boil in the Bag From Frozen

Alternative Cooking Boil Cook Guideline Only - Remove bag from box - Place unopend bag into a large pan of boiling water - Bring back to the boil and simmer for 45 minutes, do not let the pan boil dry. - Stand for one minute then shake the bag gently before serving


Cooking Instructions General

Microwave for best results Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours Take care when opening pouch as there will be a build up of steam! Always ensure product is piping hot before serving.

Our Chef's Guide to Cooking 1 Remove outer packaging. Ensure the product is thoroughly defrosted before cooking. 2 Pierce the bag 4 times. 3 Place the bag on to a microwaveble dish 800W microwave full power 5 mins 4 Stand for 1 minute then shake bag gently before serving.

One of the best beef dishes I have had. I am a fussy eater especially when it comes to fatty meat, yet this was so tasty and tender, yes there was some fat but to be expected. I hope this dish is continued, without changing anything. I look forward to my next beef dinner Mmmmm.

Several large pieces of beef roughly four onions and a few slices of carrot. Add some vegetables and some mashed potatoes and a great meal. Would recommend.

If you want to make an excellent bœuf Bourginion, IGNORE the cooking instructions! Empty the paket(s) into a casserole dish, remove the white fat floating in the sauce and the yucky mushy carrots, add some garlic puree, some mushrooms and a good pinch of herbs de Provence, stick it in the oven at 200⁰ for about half an hour and you have a delicious meal, almost ad good as homemade!

Bland, and the meat was fatty and full of veins. Only managed a mouthful before discovering that and having to throw it out. The second pack I brought is going straight in the bin, unfortunately.

This was quite nice with a decent amount of beef but just a few slices of carrot Add some mash to it and it's quite a decent meal for the price.

This is really tasty but I had to thicken the gravy up with some gravy granules.

Plenty of fatty meat , too many onions and only 3 bits of carrot, very very watery , won't be buying this again very disappointing Best part of this ! Was throwing it in the bin

Only enough for one but absolutely delicious. Will definitely buy again.
