How to cook

Shallow Fry Defrost

Shallow Fry Cook time: 4 min. - 10 min.

Remove all packaging, allow steak to come to room temperature for approximately 5 minutes.

Preheat a little oil in a frying pan over a high heat.

Cook for Rare: 4 - 5 minutes; Medium 6 - 7 minutes; Well done 8 - 10 minutes.

Turn half way through cooking. Reduce to medium heat half way through cooking.

Rest for 2 minutes before serving.
