How to cook

Oven cook From Frozen

Remove all the packaging putting the sauce sachet to one side to use later. Find your oven bag, and follow the directions. Fan oven: 160°C/Conventional oven: 180°C/Gas mark 4 for 20 mins. Alternatively you can always cook your fish in a loose foil parcel, wrap separately and follow the directions above. Leave to stand for 1 minute. Check the fish piping hot before serving.
