How to cook

Cooking Instructions

For best results pan try from defrost.

The following instructions are guidelines only. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving. Cooking time may vary slightly due to size and thickness of portion.

Do not refreeze after defrosting.

Take care when opening this product as there may be a build up of steam!

Oven cook From Frozen

Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. 25 minutes.

Based on one fillet.

1. Pre-heat oven to Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6.

2. Remove required amount from packaging.

3. Wrap loosely in foil.

4. Place on a baking tray near the top of the oven for 25 minutes.

Shallow Fry From Defrost

Medium heat. 7 minutes.

Based on one fillet.

1. Pre-heat a little oil in the frying pan.

2. Pat dry before frying.

3. Add to pan and fry skin down over a medium heat for 5 minutes.

4. Turn and cook for a further 2 minutes.

5. Reduce heat if necessary.
