Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container to keep fresher for longer. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and before the date mark shown. Best within 3 months of freezing. Do NOT refreeze after defrosting. If freezing a whole loaf, tap it gently on a flat surface before freezing, this helps to separate the slices, making it easier to use straight from the freezer.
