How to cook

Pan Fry Chilled

Pan Fry

Remove from all packaging, allow to stand for 20 minutes.

Lightly season each side of the steak and rub with a little oil.

Pre-heat a frying pan over a high heat.

Fry, turning once cooking to time stated (optional -during last minute of cook time add a knob of butter to the pan).

Allow to rest on a warm plate for a few minutes before serving.

Cooking times: Rare 2 minutes each side, Medium 3 minutes each side, Well done 4 minutes each side.

Best flavoured steak from the beast ... it's proper name in Scotland is Popeseye Steak in England it's called Rump steak

It is a lovely piece of meat and so easy to cool.
