Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours.

Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.

Grill Cook time: 14 min.

Pre-heat grill to a medium heat.

Remove from packaging.

Place onto the wire rack of a grill pan.

Grill for 14-16 minutes.

Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary.

Pre-heat grill to a medium heat. Remove the required amount of Minted Lamb Leg Steaks from packaging. Place onto the wire rack of a grill pan. Grill for 10-13 minutes. Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary.


Grill Frozen

Grill Cook time: 22 min.

Pre-heat grill to a medium heat.

Grill for 22-25 minutes.

Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary.
