How to cook

Grill Frozen

Grill Cook time: 16 min. - 20 min.

Pre-heat grill to a medium heat.

Remove from all packaging, carefully separate.

Place onto the wire rack of a grill pan and cook for 16-20 minutes.

Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary.

Cook these a little longer then it says (by mistake) only 5 or so minutes longer and they came out beautiful. 100% recommend.

These lamb leg steaks are so thin that it is no wonder that they dry out if cooked for the recommended time. As a result of how thin they are they are tasteless and very very poor value for money.
