How to cook
Shallow Fry From Chilled
The following instructions are guidelines only. Ensure the product is piping hot, thoroughly cooked and no pink colour remains. 1. Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. 2. Place liver into the frying pan. Turn frequently, reduce heat if necessary. 3. Cook for 10-12 minutes 4. Empty contents of sauce into a small sauce pan, heat gently over a low heat for 1-2 minutes.
