How to cook
Oven Frozen
Pre-heat oven to 180ºC / Gas mark 6. For conventional electric ovens adjust time and temperature to suit.
Remove outer packaging from joint.
Place in a suitable roasting tray and cover loosely with foil.
Place near the middle of the oven.
2 hours into cooking time, remove foil and return to oven for final 30 minutes
Stand for 10 minutes before carving.

Lovely piece of Gammon, soaked over night as i don't like to salty, roasted in oven but on 150 for 2.1/2hrs then took out of foil for another 1/2hr lovely with mustard.

So happy with this lovely bit of gammon and will feed 4 people for 2 nights that's 8 good size meals for £4 one happy mum today

A bit salty but i just soak overnight, quite a lot of meat.

Boil and then finish in the oven with a honey and mustard mix, very tasty and will do 2 meals for 2 people

Beautiful gammon. Not at all salty, tender, moist, really delicious. Cooked from thawed, used a meat thermometer. Will definitely keep it on my favourites list.

Never disappoint-I roast then cut off rind and glaze with mustard and brown sugar.
