Best frozen pork joint I've had, after 3 hours of cooking its certainly were waiting for, never had a bad one yet.

Had loads of these joints everyone perfect succulent meat and crispy crispy crackling I can't score a joint like this it's so uniform and perfect

This meat compares unfavourably to a fresh joint that you would buy from your butcher or local supermarket. I thought the meat had a slightly flabby texture and tasted quite salty. I then looked at the list of ingredients and saw they included water, salt, cornstarch, sugar, potato starch and sodium ascorbate. The joint comes from Denmark where it seems they don't have a problem with putting all this stuff into the meat, perhaps to give it a freezer life of a year or so. I have hone-frozen supermarket joints of fresh pork for many months and they still taste good. I will not be buying this product again. I want my roast pork to taste absolutely normal!

Lovely joint my husband loves pork and he said buy this again ,lovely mid week meal

very salty and slimy easy to cook when defrosted iv have had better pork enough for 4 people if sliced thinly

We have purchased many of these some are amazing some are very poor with smaller part all fat! - others are very nice, one thing i can say is the rind is very nice indeed scored very well but do not add any salt, there is enough i promise u, if u can get a nice cut its worth every bit if fiver!

Very salty! Don't add salt! This pork has been already treated if you read the ingredients - I thought I was getting straight up pork. Other than that everyone said it was really nice and tasty with good strips of crackling.

Just had this roasted pork for Easter lunch, it was amazing. So tender and beautiful crispy crackling. I will be getting this again

Absolutely beautiful we slow roasted and then upped the temperature for the crackling. The meat was tender and a nice mix or white "eye" and darker delicious

Used to be absolutely lovely, infact a firm favourite pork joint, but the last two times we've had this point, it's been slimy and watery. The last one tasted more like gammon, than pork. Disappointed, won't buy again.
