Good price, lovely potion, Love these I buy these every week

I have bought these a few times, the last purchase being this week. The chicken breasts are large and of good quality, we prefer them to those of the other major supermarkets. I have read previous reviews questioning the product's freshness but we have had no problems. We poach them, two or three at a time, for about 45 minutes in water to a couple of inches above the level of the chicken, adding a couple of bayleaves, a dozen peppercorns and lots of celery offcuts - we leave the chicken to cool in the broth then use it for sandwiches/paninis, we drain the broth then reheat it to have as a drink reminiscent of our childhoods - delicious!

If I had to some these up I’d say they were inedible, extremely chewy and tough, none of the family could even cut through it. I’ve cooked numerous family meals using different sauces we all like but each time they've ended up in the bin. They need to change supplier, preferably try using british chicken rather than imported would be a good start.

I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are about, maybe it's not the best chicken I've ever tasted but for the price it's good. It's great to buy an separate out an chuck in the freezer an take out what you want when you need it. I personally haven't had any that tastes or smells funny so far but if I do, I'll be sure to edit my review.

Funny smell when opened, even though they were in date and stored correctly.

These are just awful, I cooked these for 25-30 mins at 170. The texture of chicken is rubbery and extremely chew, I will not buy these again.

Really Awful really strange taste, very unpleasant. Had 2 breasts in a curry , very stringy :(

best tasting chicken iv had for years , cooks brill and so moist

2 pieces used between 2 people. 1 cooked and used in chicken masala with Basmati rice. 1 oven cooked in foil with butter, salt and pepper,, with Basmati rice. Both meals eaten apart. Both meals abandoned due to the strange unpleasant taste of the chicken. It wasn't off , perfectly stored but an undesirable taste which was not normal for chicken.

Fantastic quality chicken. Better than many butchers
