How to cook
Shallow Fry Chilled
Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
Lightly flour liver (optional).
Place the liver into the frying pan and fry, turing occasionally until thoroughly cooked.
Reduce heat if necessary.

I found it quite chewy if you cut into the tough sinewy, grisly bits down the middle. If you cut all the soft bits off it was nice. You often get this with liver. Its sort of potluck - but it should really be all tender.
