How to cook
Shallow Fry Chilled
Pre-heat a little oil (optional) in a frying pan over a medium to high heat.
Place the required amount of mince into the frying pan.
Fry turning gently until the meat has browned and no pink colour remains.
Drain off any excess liquid and continue with the selected recipe.

It's going to require draining after browning, but they make no secret of the fact it's a bit fatty. It does however make a very tasty Bolognese.
