How to cook

Shallow Fry From Chilled

For best results cook from chilled. The following instructions are guidelines only. Ensure the product is piping hot, thoroughly cooked and no pink colour remains before serving. Pre-heat a little oil (optional) in a frying pan over a medium heat. Place the required amount of mince into the frying pan. Fry turning gently until the meat has browned and no pink colour remains. Drain off any excess liquid and continue with selected recipe.
