How to cook

Oven cook From Frozen

Pre heat oven to 200°c / 180°c Fan/ Gas 6. Remove outer packaging, place joint on baking tray and cover loosely with foil and place on the middle shelf of the oven for 1hr. After 1hr remove joint from oven, remove foil and return to oven for a further 1 1/2 hours. Leave to rest for 15 - 20 mins, remove pad at base of joint & net before carving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked before serving.

Cooking Instructions

For best results oven from defrost. The following instructions are guidelines only. Ensure the product is piping hot before serving. Do Not refreeze after defrosting.

Oven cook From Chilled

Remove outer packaging and pad, allow the product to rest for 15 minutes, Pre heat oven to 200°c/ Fan 180°c/ Gas 6. Place joint onto a baking tray in the middle of the oven, cook for 25 mins per 500g, plus 25 mins. Allow the joint to rest for 20 mins before carving, remove netting before carving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked before serving.
