How to cook

Oven cook From Chilled

1. Preheat oven to Gas 4, Fan 160°C 2. Remove all packaging and allow Picanha to breathe for 10 mins. 3. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over high heat and sear the outside of the Picanha for 4 minutes. 4. Transfer Picanha to an ovenable dish and cook in the centre of the oven for Rare 50 minutes, Medium 65 minutes, Well Done 75 minutes. 5 Once cooked, remove from oven and leave to rest for 10-15 mins before carving. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
