How to cook

Shallow Fry From Chilled

1. Remove the steak from the fridge and remove packaging for 20 minutes prior to cooking. 2. Preheat a 15ml spoon of foil in a frying pan over a high heat. 3. Remove all packaging and place steak in the pan, reduce the heat to medium. 4. Cook for 3 mins (rare), 4-5 mins (medium) or 6-7 mins (well done) on each side, turning halfway during cooking. 5. Allow to stand before serving. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
