How to cook

Oven cook From Chilled

1. Preheat oven to Gas 3, Fan 150°C. 2. Remove all packaging and allow product to reach room temperature for 20 minutes. 3. Transfer the lamb into a non metallic dish. 4. Add 250ml of stock and cover. 5. Place dish in the centre of the oven. Cook for 2 hours. 6. For tenderness and a succulence allow lamb to rest, uncovered for at least 5 minutes after cooking. Check food is piping hot and no pink remains. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
