How to cook

Shallow Fry From Chilled

1. Remove all packaging, allow to stand for 20 minutes. 2. Preheat a 15ml spoon of oil in a frying pan over a high heat. 3. Rub steaks with a little oil, lightly season, place steak in the pan. 4. Cook for the following, turning every 2 minutes during cooking. Rare 4-6 minutes, Medium 7-8 minutes, Well Done 12 minutes Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
