How to cook
Shallow Fry From Frozen
1. For best results prior to cooking bring the meat at room temperature by leaving out for 20 minutes. 2. Preheat a 15ml spoon of oil in a frying pan over a high heat then reduce to medium heat. 3. Remove all packaging and place steak in the pan. 4. Cook on each side for the following Rare 6 minutes Medium 7-8 minutes Well done 9 minutes 5. Once cooked remove from heat and keep in warm place. 6. Allow to rest for 5 - 10 minutes before serving. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
