How to cook
Defrost
in a refrigerator
Cook time:
- 24 hr.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.
Once defrosted, use immediately.
Oven Defrost
Fan 190°C
Cook time:
- 55 min.
Gas 7
Remove from all packaging, place sauce sachet to one side.
Place chicken in the foil tray wing side up, cover loosely with foil.
Place on a baking tray, cook near the middle of the oven.
45 minutes into cooking time, remove foil, return to the oven for a further 5 minutes.
Pour over contents of the sauce sachet, return to the oven for a further 5 minutes.
Oven Frozen
Fan 190°C
Cook time:
- 1 hr. 10 min.
Gas 7
Remove from all packaging, place unopened sauce sachet into a bowl of hot water.
Place chicken in the foil tray wing side up, cover loosely with foil.
Place on a baking tray, cook near the middle of the oven.
55 minutes into cooking time, remove foil, return to the oven for a further 10 minutes.
Pour over contents of the sauce sachet, return to the oven for a further 5 minutes.
BBQ Defrost
Cook in the foil tray, covered loosely with foil on the barbeque, until thoroughly cooked and piping hot.
Baste with sauce while cooking.
