How to cook
Defrost
in a refrigerator
Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.
Once defrosted, use immediately.
Oven Defrost
Fan 180°C
Cook time:
- 40 min.
Gas 6
Remove from outer packaging, place sauce sachet to one side.
Decant contents of pouch into an ovenproof dish, cover with foil.
Place near the middle of the oven.
35 minutes into cooking time, remove foil, drain cooking juices, pour contents of sauce sachet over the burnt ends and carefully stir.
Return to the oven for the further 5 minutes.
Stir before serving.
Oven Frozen
Fan 180°C
Cook time:
- 1 hr. 5 min.
Gas 6
Remove from all packaging, place unopened sauce sachet into a bowl of hot water.
Decant contents of pouch into an ovenproof dish, cover with foil. Place near the middle of the oven.
45 minutes into cooking time, remove foil, drain cooking juices, pour contents of sauce sachet over the burnt ends and carefully stir.
Return to the oven for the further 20 minutes.
Stir before serving.
BBQ Defrost
Cook in the foil tray, covered loosely with foil on the barbeque, turning frequently until thoroughly cooked and piping hot.
Separate while cooking, glaze with sauce, stir before serving.

A lot of fatty bits in this, I did not enjoy it at all when cooked it did not look nice.

If all the food critics moaning followed the instructions , they wouldve rated it 5 stars. I cook it from frozen then drain off juices and then add sauce then pop back in the oven for 5 min . INCREDIBLE flavour which tastes as if it is straight off the *** grid.

100% of the meat was inedible binned the whole lot..very very disappointed expected better from tgi's would not have paid for this if it had been served to me in a restaurant would have been sent straight back

70% was inedible. Meat was hard. Shame because some of the rest was quite nice. Wouldn't buy again or recommend

Bought as part of the deal, oh wow cooked per instructions and these were fantastic, big succulent chunks of beef in a lovely sweet sauce.

Two nice pieces of beef in the pack the rest was chewy, fatty and unedible. All went in the dogs bowl. Absolutely ridiculous for the price.

Was a bit disappointed it was a bit fatty, was tasty ,but not sure if it was worth the price that is charged.

Honestly, I expected so much from these, but there was barely any meat here, mostly just gristle or fat. So disappointing, especially for the price.

I can not recommend these enough.. we have them alongside the pulled pork which we used as fry topping with mayo and BBQ sauce! And some corn on the cob, I actually didn't feel like I was home eating this meal, Its so worth the money! About to buy again
