How to cook
Defrost
in a refrigerator
Cook time:
- 8 hr.
Remove from outer packaging.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 8 hours.
Once defrosted, use immediately.
Oven Defrost
Fan 180°C
Cook time:
- 16 min.
Gas 7
Place unopened sauce sachet in a bowl of hot water.
Wrap exposed skewers with foil.
Place foil tray on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 14 minutes, pour contents of the sauce sachet over the salmon, return to the oven and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Carefully remove from foil tray, as some sticking may occur.
Place on a serving plate, pour over any remaining sauce from the tray before serving.
Oven Frozen
Fan 180°C

- 23 min.
Gas 7

BBQ Defrost
Wrap exposed skewers with foil.
Cook in the foil tray on the barbeque, turning frequently until thoroughly cooked and piping hot.
Baste with sauce while cooking.
SKEWERS WILL BE VERY HOT ONCE PRODUCT IS COOKED!

One of the best TGI releases Iceland have done . The sauce is a perfect honey BBQ flavour and the salmon is soft, flakey but holds its shape 👍
